      If you are a New York State United Teachers (NYSUT) member or agency fee payer, actively at work and age 65 or younger on your last birthday (or retired and age 65 or younger), and reside or work in the state of New York, you may apply for the special benefits of the NYSUT WrapPlan®. You will be not be required to take a medical examination or blood test at any time to qualify!

      Additionally, you can apply for a limited version of the NYSUT WrapPlan® for your spouse or certified domestic partner and children without a medical examination or blood test.
